Join IN-DC in 2018 for our Professional Development Series

In collaboration with Paddy Meskell, we bring you a series of workshops designed especially for IN-DC Members – ‘Leadership for Life - Shifting our Thinking and Building our Capacities’.

This series was launched in November 2017, with the first of four workshops entitled ‘Personal Growth Mindset. And/And vs Either/Or. Powerful Conversations that Shift our Thinking.’ Each interactive and participative workshops will focus on the thinking, actions, and skills that enable us to become more engaged in our careers and effective as citizens in achieving a future of our choosing. We now invite IN-DC members to join us for the remaining workshops:

Wednesday January 17, 2018: Session 2) ‘Courageous Conversations - The Next Level’

Tuesday, February 13, 2018: Session 3) ‘Building a life of Ownership, Commitment and Accountability’

Tuesday, March 20, 2018: Session 4) ‘Coaching Ourselves, Coaching Others’

"The challenge for us as individuals (and organizations and communities) is not so much to have a vision or a plan or program of what we want to become in the future, it is to discover and create the means for bringing that vision, or possibility, into being." Peter Block
